We are a fast-growing, highly agile deeptech company looking for a seasoned sales professional to build and scale our outbound sales function. You won't just be executing someone else's playbook; you will be helping to write it.

What We Do

Tuck is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform for global e-commerce apparel brands. We solve a fundamental problem: shoppers hesitate to buy when they can't visualize the fit, leading to abandoned carts and high return rates. Tuck allows shoppers to see garments on their own photos, matched perfectly with brand size charts, directly driving up merchant conversions.

Unlike competitors using off-the-shelf AI wrappers, we built a proprietary pipeline that delivers unmatched realism on actual retail catalogs. Our leadership team has a proven track record of building category-defining technology, having previously built India’s first cashierless store technology which was successfully acquired by Amazon.

The Role Your focus will be entirely on selling Tuck to founders and e-commerce heads of D2C fashion brands globally. You will open conversations, diagnose their store's bottlenecks, demonstrate our solution using their own product catalogs, and close deals.

Crucially: You won’t spend your days hunting for leads. We provide a researched, qualified pipeline. Your job is to drive the conversation. You will also have a seat at the table to shape our pitch, target segments, and go-to-market strategy.

The Compensation

- Fixed Base:



₹40,000 – ₹60,000 monthly, commensurate with experience.
- Closing Incentives: Uncapped per-client bonuses scaled to the plan they choose.
- Recurring Commission: 5% of your client's monthly subscription fee for their first 12 months. Your income grows with your book of business.
- Target Earnings: Realistic OTE (On-Target Earnings) for a strong performer is ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000/month, scaling higher as your recurring portfolio builds.

Who We're Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B technology sales (SaaS, software, or IT products).
- Communication: Exceptional, confident spoken English. You must be comfortable speaking peer-to-peer with global founders.
- Business Acumen: A deep curiosity about business metrics. You should be able to intelligently discuss Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, return logistics, and profit margins—not just recite software features.
- Resilience: Comfortable owning a revenue target, managing a pipeline, and navigating the reality of B2B sales.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with Shopify/e-commerce ecosystems, strong CRM discipline, and experience in international markets.

What to Expect

You will work directly with the founders, receiving hands-on product training from day one. You are joining early enough that whoever successfully builds this function will eventually lead it.
