About the Growth Marketing Manager Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing growth initiatives for SciAstra. The role involves both strategy and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Drive lead generation and student acquisition.
- Work on the complete marketing funnel from audience acquisition to conversion.
- Use content and social media as growth channels.
- Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Run experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign and funnel performance.
- Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams.




- Manage team members and ensure targets and deliverables are achieved.
- Build SOPs and processes for marketing and growth activities.
- Use data and performance metrics to make marketing decisions.

What We Are Looking For

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital

Marketing.
- EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Experience in JEE/NEET or competitive-exam focused EdTech is preferred.
- Solid understanding of campaign management and performance marketing.
- Experience with content-led growth and social media marketing.
- Experience managing or leading a marketing/social media team.
- Good understanding of metrics such as CAC, CPL, conversions and ROAS.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business objective, identify the right audience, build a marketing plan, execute campaigns, analyse the results and continuously improve the funnel. The person should be comfortable working with numbers as well as content and creative teams.
