The Role

Growth Marketing, A stepping stone towards Entrepreneurship

We at Bizom don’t believe in drawing boundaries around talent. We are looking for a hungry & passionate marketer who is focused on growth. It is a role for someone who wants to be an entrepreneur one day. At Bizom, you will be running your show and learning along the way.

Growth Marketer at Bizom is kind of a solopreneurship journey but with a major twist. You will have a stack of mature products and an existing user base of over 700 CPG brands to talk about. We are looking for people who relish the grind and get maniacally focused on their end goals. If you enjoy solving complex problems with simple solutions then you have found your home planet in Bizom.

You will develop business acumen and learn ways to deliver the maximum value to maximum prospects at minimum cost and in minimum time. As a cohort owner you will be working closely with the sales team, in collaboration with other customer-facing teams to create specific marketing plans. Your cohort will be your market, and all the required marketing will be your responsibility

Your primary responsibilities:

- Building GTM for your cohort
- Run ABM campaigns
- Creating top quality content
- Chasing the customer’s voice
- Setting up ICPs and user journey maps
- Providing the Sales team with air cover using content
- Running Lead Nurturing & acquisition campaigns
- Acing customer experiences & brand interactions

- Explicit articulation and communication skills
- Excel in fundamental marketing skills such as writing, designing, editing, messaging
- Knows tools like Google analytics, hubspot, Zapier, Paperflite, etc
- Knows how to create rich content: website, blog, case studies, video scripts
- Plan: fast, Execution: faster, lesson absorption: Fastest
- Collaborate, Act, Refine with other teams
- Take charge and run as if it is your own business
- Zeal to learn, unlearn and re-learn. You will be required to learn about the FMCG sector, Bizom products, Customer pain points, etc.
- Use data to your advantage, and operate from an ROI mindset
- Believe solving the customer’s problems is a marketer’s first duty
