Key Responsibilities:-

Execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, PushNotifications, and other CRM channels to drive customer engagement and businessgrowth.

- Build, schedule, and manage campaigns and automated customer journeys usingCRM and marketing automation platforms.

- Support customer segmentation, audience targeting, personalization, and lifecycle initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

- Collaborate with Design, Content, Growth, Product Marketing, and Analytics teamsto ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Conduct end-to-end campaign QA, maintain campaign calendars, documentation,and ensure operational excellence across all lifecycle initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using CRM dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets,prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities to improve customerengagement and conversions.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and data-backed optimizations toenhance customer journeys and lifecycle performance.
- Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting,



customer datamanagement, and performance analysis.

Eligibility:-
- Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, orcurrently in the final semester of a postgraduate program
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and data
- Strong written communication skills Interest in growth marketing, CRM, and customer engagement
- Curiosity about consumer internet businesses and travel

Good to Have:- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage,HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and customerjourney mapping.

Strong working knowledge of Excel functions,

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
