Role Overview

We are building a new consumer consultation marketplace under the Arviend Sud brand, backed by an existing audience of 1.6M+ YouTube subscribers, 40,000+ trained students and a solid customer base.

We are looking for a Growth Manager to work directly with the founders and help take the platform from zero to launch. The role will focus on product growth, customer activation, retention, monetisation, marketplace strategy and data-led experimentation.

This is not a performance marketing, media buying or pure sales role.

Note: Candidates with experience in astrology-tech, expert consultation platforms, consumer marketplaces, gaming, matrimony, dating, wellness or other repeat-transaction consumer apps will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the zero-to-one launch and growth strategy for the app.
- Analyse customer behaviour, funnels, cohorts and retention to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strategies for onboarding, activation, repeat transactions, reactivation and monetisation.
- Work with product and technology teams to convert insights into product improvements.
- Improve marketplace performance across customer demand, expert availability, pricing and utilisation.
- Design experiments,



measure results and convert successful initiatives into repeatable growth playbooks.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, product growth, marketplace growth or business operations.
- Demonstrable experience launching or scaling a consumer app or two-sided marketplace.
- Strong understanding of product journeys, monetisation, retention and unit economics.
- Ability to convert customer and business problems into product requirements and execution plans.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel, cohort and customer-segment analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, MoEngage or GA4.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional product launches.
- Experience in consultation, astrology, wellness or another expert-led marketplace will be strongly preferred.
