We are hiring a paid intern to build workflows for Tin, our open-source marketing system for coding agents. You would write the workflows that run real growth work for real projects, and most of what you write lands in a public repo that anyone can read and run.
What Tin is
Tin plugs into the coding agent you already use. Add it, and whole marketing systems show up as tools next to the ones your agent already has, with a user interface for the parts that benefit from one. Each workflow is a folder in the repo: the steps, the inputs it reads, its evaluations, and who tuned it last.
Change a step and the next run uses it.
The systems running today cover organic growth, content, product QA and activation, and what to work on next. Cold outreach, measurement and paid ads come after. The whole thing is Apache 2.0 and runs on your own machine with one
Docker command.
What you would do
- Write current workflows, from the first rough version to something that survives
a weekly schedule without drifting.
- Tune workflows that already exist, using what real runs produced rather than
what the prompt promised.
- Read the output of a run and judge it honestly,
then fix the step that caused
the weak part.
- Wire a workflow to the data it needs: a repo, Search Console, Stripe,
analytics, a support inbox.
- Open pull requests, review the ones that come in from other people running
Tin on their own projects.
Who fits
- You already work with coding agents every day and know where they break.
- You take a half-described problem, come back with something running, and say
what you decided along the way.
- You like taking things apart to see how they work, and you reach for the
short path before the thorough one.
- You want your work to sit in public, and you enjoy contributing to an
open-source project.
- You have an active GitHub account you can share with us.
We care much more about what you have built than about what you have studied. How we work The internship is remote, 20 to 40 hours a week depending on what suits you.
You report to me directly, and the team is small, so you talk to the people who wrote the thing you are changing.
