We are looking for a Growth Associate to drive user growth through university collaborations, campus communities, and Campus Ambassador programs across PAN India.

What you'll do

- Build and manage university/college partnerships across India.
- Manage and grow the Campus Ambassador community.
- Drive student/user acquisition through campus initiatives.
- Plan and execute campus events, workshops, and engagement campaigns.
- Build relationships with students, colleges, clubs, and societies.
- Track growth, acquisition, and campaign performance.
- Maintain reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong community engagement and management skills.




- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of growth, user acquisition & digital marketing.
- Strong execution, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel across India for university engagements.
- Good to Have: Experience in EdTech, campus marketing, student communities, or Campus Ambassador programs.
