Role Description The Growth and Marketing Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Mangalore taluk. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth goals, brand positioning, and lead generation for plant engineering services. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying target segments and opportunities in offshore and onshore markets.
The role involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns, preparing marketing collateral,
and coordinating with technical teams to translate engineering capabilities into clear value propositions. The strategist will also track campaign performance, manage communication channels, support business development initiatives, and recommend data-driven improvements to marketing and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Research to analyze industries, competitors, and client needs.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing and Marketing Strategy to plan and execute growth-focused campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex engineering offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B or industrial/engineering sector marketing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret data and metrics, using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams on-site in Mangalore taluk.
