The Role The Growth Associate will work directly with UPTIQ Premier Mortgage’s growth leadership to plan, execute, and improve initiatives across advisor acquisition, borrower lead generation, email marketing, webinars, CRM workflows, content distribution, partnerships, landing pages, and performance reporting.

What You'll Own

- Own day-to-day execution of growth campaigns across email, webinars, digital channels, partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives.

- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and channel research, then convert findings into clear growth recommendations and action plans.

- Track funnel and campaign performance in GA4, CRM dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools; identify bottlenecks and recommend next actions.

- Develop campaign messaging, email briefs, landing-page requirements, webinar promotion plans, and creative briefs in coordination with content, design, sales, and operations.

- Execute within a regulated US financial-services environment, ensuring campaigns use approved claims, compliant forms, and accurate product messaging.

- Prepare weekly growth reports, run campaign reviews, document learnings, and manage follow-up actions to completion.

- Own assigned growth projects end to end—from brief and setup to launch, tracking, optimization,



and post-campaign review—with minimal hand-holding.

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth, digital marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a similar execution-focused role.

- Strong written and verbal communication, research, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills.

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, analytics, email marketing tools, presentations, and quickly learning new systems.

- Analytical, curious, resourceful, and able to diagnose a growth problem before proposing or executing a solution.

- Available to work full time on-site in Pune, Maharashtra.

Nice to Have

- Experience owning a measurable campaign, funnel, CRM workflow, webinar, partnership, or lead-generation initiative.

- Exposure to GoHighLevel or another CRM, GA4/GTM, email automation, paid media, SEO, webinar tools, or landing-page platforms.

- Experience in fintech, mortgage, lending, financial services, B2B, or US-market marketing.

- Evidence of ownership in a startup or fast-moving environment, including experiments launched, processes improved, or measurable outcomes delivered.
