Role Description The Group Leader role at Paytm is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve operational and performance targets within Paytm’s digital payments and services environment. Day-to-day tasks include supervising team activities, monitoring key metrics, coordinating workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.

The Group

Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide regular performance feedback,



coach and develop team members, and support continuous process improvements. This role also involves resolving escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with Paytm’s business goals.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership skills including team management, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in operations, customer service, or digital payments environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use insights to drive process improvements and decision-making.
- Comfort with technology platforms and mobile applications; familiarity with UPI and digital payments is an advantage.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
