Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of CNS/ Neurology/ Psychiatry segment based at Mumbai for International Marketing covering West Asia.
2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in CNS/ Neurology/ Psychiatry brands
4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
6. He/She need to design Promotional/Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
7. He is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
8. He/She will undertake the field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.





9.Candidate should have good experience in managing & Marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective and coordinate with all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing , 8 to 12 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 years as Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager/ Group Product Manager handling CNS/ Neurology/ Psychiatry segment.
2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in management.
3. He/She should have good knowledge of CNS/ Neurology/ Psychiatry segment.
4. He/She should be positive in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
5. You should be good in selection, training and development of PMT Members.
