Job Title: Green Building Documentation Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Green Building Documentation Engineer to join our team. As a Green Building Documentation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and documenting the certification process for green building projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage the documentation process for green building certification, including LEED, WELL, and other related certifications.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all documentation is in compliance with certification requirements.
Coordinate with third-party consultants and agencies to ensure that all necessary documentation is obtained and submitted.
Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines to ensure that certification deadlines are met.
Provide regular updates on the certification process to project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
Keep up-to-date with the latest green building certification requirements and industry standards to ensure that all projects are in compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in green building certification and documentation.
Strong knowledge of green building certification programs, including LEED, WELL, and other related certifications.
Experience managing documentation for green building projects in commercial and/or institutional settings.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
