ANDPAYMENTS is Looking for:**** About AndPayments AndPayments is a full-stack payment ecosystem company building technology solutions for the payments and BFSI landscape — including issuance, acceptance, gateway, UPI, and an AI-native GRC product. The company is in stealth mode and RBI PA license application is in progress.
Role Overview We are looking for a GRC Technical Lead to join the Customer Delivery & Success team. This is a foundational hire — you will lead end-to-end GRC solution delivery for AndPayments' clients, from requirements gathering and customer workshops through tool configuration, implementation, UAT, and adoption. You will also build and own the GRC function downstream, hiring and managing GRC consultants and tech implementers reporting into you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing GRC solution delivery — requirement gathering, workshops, solution positioning, configuration, UAT, and go-live
- Configure client risk frameworks and methodologies into GRC tools (MetricStream, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or equivalent)
- Advise clients across operational risk, enterprise risk, IT/cyber risk, and compliance domains
- Support pre-sales and solution consultancy activities alongside the business development team
- Build and manage a downstream team of GRC consultants and GRC tech implementers
- Drive tool adoption and solution success post go-live
- Travel within India for on-site client engagements as required
Must-Have Requirements
- 4–10 years of GRC domain experience with strong IT audit/GRC depth and exposure to operational or enterprise risk
- Hands-on experience configuring or implementing GRC tools — MetricStream, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of GRC frameworks: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, RBI Cyber Security Framework, DPDPA
- Proven customer-facing delivery experience — workshops, requirement gathering, UAT cycles, stakeholder management
- Player-coach mindset — able to work independently, build the team, and personally execute alongside managing
- Comfortable with basic technology concepts: SQL, JavaScript, backend configuration logic
Good to Have
- Certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, GRCP, GRCA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
- IT Audit / SOX ITGC / ITAC background
- TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) experience
- Big 4 or GRC consulting firm background (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Wipro GRC)
- Experience with cloud-based GRC application implementations
- Prior pre-sales or solution consultancy experience in a GRC product context
- Engineering/tech degree
Logistics
- Location: Noida — 100% in office, 5 days/week (non-negotiable)
- CTC: ₹15–25 LPA fixed; no variable, no ESOPs
- Travel: Domestic client travel within India required
