The ideal candidate will have solid visual design skills and hands-on experience with Figma and graphic design tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and other brand communication materials. /n The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding, along with the ability to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing designs. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.

- Design website and app interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens using Figma.

- Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.

/n

- Create social media posts, banners, brochures, email creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.

/n

- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, developers, and other team members to understand design requirements.

- Convert concepts and ideas into creative and user-friendly visual designs.

/n

- Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI assets in Figma.

/n

- Prepare designs for web and mobile platforms while ensuring responsive layouts.

- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final designs within deadlines.

- Maintain organized design files, assets, and source files.

- Stay updated with current graphic design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.

/n /n Required Skills /n /n

- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, UI design, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.

/n

- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
