Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Graphite Machining Engineer to handle precision machining of graphite and carbon components. The candidate will be responsible for CNC/VMC machining, process planning, tooling, quality control, and ensuring accurate production as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute machining of graphite and carbon components.

- Operate and program CNC/VMC machines for precision machining.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Develop machining processes, tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.

- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and accuracy.

- Inspect finished components using appropriate measuring instruments.

- Troubleshoot machining defects, dimensional variations, and tool wear.

- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement.

- Maintain machining documentation, process sheets, and inspection reports.

- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of graphite dust and machining equipment.





Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- 7–10 years of experience in graphite/carbon machining or precision machining.

- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining and programming.

- Experience with graphite electrodes, carbon components, or similar materials preferred.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and tooling.

- Good understanding of GD&T; and precision measurement.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
