Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Graphic Designer who can design compelling visuals and create engaging reels and short-form video content for social media.

The role combines design, storytelling, and AI-driven content creation to help showcase

Cedarwood’s programs and grow our digital presence.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to transform ideas into impactful visuals, reels, and social media content that resonate with parents and students.

What You’ll Do

�� Design & Visual Communication

● Create posters, brochures, banners, and social media creatives for marketing campaigns.

● Design visuals for courses, workshops, and educational programs.

● Maintain consistent brand identity across all design materials.

�� Reels & Video Content

● Edit and produce Instagram Reels and short promotional videos highlighting

Cedarwood activities.

● Brainstorm creative ideas and write scripts for reels and social media videos.

● Combine real footage, graphics, and storytelling to create engaging content.

�� AI-Powered Content Creation

● Use AI tools to create avatars, animations, and video content.

● Experiment with new creative formats and trends in AI video production.





�� Social Media Content

● Work with the marketing team to post content across Instagram, Facebook, and relevant Facebook groups.

● Contribute ideas to increase engagement and grow followers.

�� Marketing Support

● Design presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral for partnerships with schools and parents.

● Create infographics, icons, and educational visuals.

Skills We’re Looking For

● Robust design skills using:

○ Adobe Illustrator

○ Photoshop

○ Canva

○ Figma (preferred)

● Video editing tools such as:

○ CapCut

○ Premiere Pro

○ After Effects (bonus)

● Familiarity with AI tools for video and content creation.

● Understanding of:

○ Social media design

○ Visual storytelling

○ Typography and layout design

Bonus Skills

● Illustration or character design for kids.

● Motion graphics or animation.

● Experience working with education or children’s brands.
