Job Title: Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Crafting visually engaging social media posts, grids, carousels, and performance marketing ad creatives.
- Developing trend-driven Reels, Shorts, and video assets tailored for various digital platforms.
- Aligning all visual content with platform-specific dimensions, formats, and current layout trends.
- Creating high-quality 2D animations, kinetic typography, agile transitions, and logo reveals.
- Managing the post-production workflow, including video editing, color grading, and audio syncing.
- Building reusable motion templates to speed up daily video content production.
- Turning marketing briefs into detailed visual concepts, mood boards, and storyboards.
- Partnering with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.




- Maintaining consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all digital channels.

Required Skills

- Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for animation and video editing.
- Expert-level command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation and image editing.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Solid knowledge of animation principles, including timing, easing, pacing, and motion weight.
- A strong, verifiable creative portfolio and motion showreel showcasing live social media work.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines, multitask projects, and adapt quickly to shifting online trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
