Role Description The Graphics Designer & Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves designing visual assets such as logos, social media creatives, website graphics, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and creating graphics, editing videos for digital campaigns, preparing layouts, and refining design concepts in collaboration with the marketing and development teams. The team member will also optimize visuals and videos for different platforms, maintain consistent branding across projects,



and deliver files in required formats and resolutions. Participation in brainstorming sessions, staying current with design trends, and contributing creative ideas for client projects are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Graphics and Graphic Design, including creation of digital assets for web and social media.
- Strong skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, visually engaging communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work relevant to digital marketing and branding.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in office in Bhubaneswar.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
