We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join the LBT Pro Marketing Team.

The role will involve creating visual communication across digital, print, branding, sales and marketing, while maintaining consistency with LBT Pro’s brand identity.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, bring ideas to the table, stay updated with design trends and translate marketing requirements into effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop creative assets for social media, digital marketing and online campaigns.
- Design catalogues, brochures, product presentations, flyers, standees and other marketing collateral.
- Create branding and promotional designs for T-shirts, hoodies, ID cards, lanyards, merchandise and other brand assets.
- Develop sales presentations, product communication and customer-facing creatives for the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Work with the Marketing Head and internal teams to understand briefs and develop creative concepts.
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics and short-form content when required.
- Explore design trends, AI-powered creative tools and new workflows to improve creative output and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within defined timelines.
- Prepare final artwork according to digital and print production specifications.
- Coordinate with printers and external vendors for production requirements when required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing and print.
- Ability to create brochures, catalogues, presentations, flyers,



promotional creatives and other marketing materials.
- Good understanding of print specifications and production-ready artwork.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form digital content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
- Good awareness of current design and social media trends.
- Ability to develop creative concepts with reasonable independence.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar video/motion tools.
- Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools.
- Experience in branding, product communication or B2B marketing.
- Experience using AI tools for image generation, editing and creative exploration.
- Experience coordinating with printers or external production vendors.

Most importantly, the candidate should be able to bring ideas to the table, take ownership of their work and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
