About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create engaging videos, social media creatives, promotional content, presentations, brochures and digital marketing assets for our brands and clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of visual design, typography, storytelling, transitions, music, pacing and current social media trends.

Candidates who actively use AI tools for video, images and creative production will have an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and advertisements
- Create promotional and marketing videos for brands, products, schools, educational events and technology platforms
- Edit raw footage into professional and engaging videos
- Add:
- Transitions
- Motion graphics
- Text animations
- Subtitles
- Sound effects
- Background music
- Logos and branding
- Create videos in formats such as 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9
- Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into short social media clips
- Work with voiceovers, stock footage, AI-generated videos/images and client-provided content
- Maintain consistency in branding across videos
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms

Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts and carousels
- Create Instagram/Facebook advertisements
- Design event and promotional creatives
- Create banners, posters and digital advertisements
- Design brochures, proposals and presentations




- Create website and landing-page graphics
- Develop creative concepts based on marketing briefs
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms while maintaining design quality
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand guidelines

AI Creative Tools Candidates should be comfortable learning and experimenting with modern AI creative tools.

Experience with tools such as the following will be an advantage:

- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Runway
- Kling
- Veo / AI video-generation tools
- Image-generation tools
- AI voice and subtitle tools

We don't expect candidates to know every AI tool, but they should be curious and willing to learn new creative technologies quickly.

Software Skills

Strong knowledge of any combination of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut / similar professional editing tools

Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Formal design qualifications are helpful but portfolio and practical skills will be given greater importance.
