Arch & Ana is a real estate marketing and consultancy company working across residential and luxury real estate. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team in Chennai.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who can confidently handle both graphic design and video editing. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to create social media content, advertising creatives, reels, property marketing materials, and other brand assets.
The role is ideal for someone who understands not just how to make something look good, but also how design and video can communicate a message and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Create social media posts, carousels, stories, reels and advertising creatives
Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and digital campaigns
Work with raw footage and transform it into engaging video content
Create graphics and videos for real estate projects, property campaigns and marketing initiatives
Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives and content briefs
Maintain consistent branding, typography, layouts and visual identity across different assets
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on content calendars,
campaigns and creative requirements
Make creative adaptations in different formats and dimensions for social media and advertising
Assist with basic branding, presentations, brochures and other marketing collateral when required
Coordinate with the marketing team during photo/video shoots and help turn the footage into usable content
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing
Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, layouts and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent qualified video editing tool
Familiarity with Canva is a plus
Understanding of social media formats and current content trends
Ability to take a brief, develop a creative direction and deliver within deadlines
Good attention to detail and willingness to experiment with different creative approaches
Ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered
