About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video/Animation Specialist to support multimedia content creation across design, video production, animation, and training material development.

The role involves converting concepts into compelling visuals, motion graphics, and instructional training content while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This subcontractor position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to independently deliver high-quality creative outputs.

- Experience developing microlearning content or e-learning modules.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create visual assets for presentations, branding, marketing, and digital platforms.

- Design infographics, icons, templates, and high-fidelity layouts.

- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.

Video Production

- Plan, storyboard, and produce high-quality videos from concept to final delivery.

- Edit raw footage and add overlays, effects, subtitles, transitions, and audio enhancements.

- Optimize videos for multiple display formats.

Animation / Motion Graphics

- Produce 2D / 3D animations for explainers, product walkthroughs, and training content.

- Use motion storytelling techniques to simplify complex concepts.

Training Materials Development

- Create engaging training materials in video, animation, and screen capture formats.

- Work with SMEs to convert complex workflows into clear training content.

- Build step-by-step guided resources with visual flows.

Collaboration & Process

- Collaborate with marketing, product, consulting, and training teams.

- Provide creative guidance and visual enhancement recommendations.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality multimedia content.

- Utilize Generative AI tools to improve efficiency and production quality.

Minimum Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Graphic Design

- Video Editing

- Animation

- Demonstrated experience creating video-based or animated training materials.

- Solid portfolio showcasing design, video, motion graphics, and training content.
