We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in AI image generation to join our creative team and contribute to diverse and exciting projects.

As a Graphic Designer at Unstitched, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs and branding materials for leading Beauty, FMCG, Automotive, and Fashion brands.

You will use traditional design tools alongside generative AI platforms to develop original concepts, generate and refine visual assets, accelerate creative exploration, and build campaign-ready imagery. You will collaborate with our 3D animators, creative directors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals aligned with our clients’ brand identities and project goals.

Your work will span multiple industries, ensuring every design is innovative, on-trend, and tailored to its target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually striking graphics and layouts for 3D product animations, social media, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Use AI image-generation tools to conceptualize, generate, iterate, and refine high-quality visual assets.
- Write and optimize effective prompts to achieve specific styles, compositions, lighting, moods, and brand-aligned results.




- Combine AI-generated imagery with traditional design techniques, including compositing, retouching, typography, color correction, and image manipulation.
- Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated assets and ensure outputs meet brand, quality, resolution, and production requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design solutions for a wide range of projects.
- Develop brand-aligned visuals, including logos, typography, color palettes, style frames, and mood boards.
- Create design assets for product animations and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop storyboards to visualize animation sequences, advertising concepts, and campaign narratives.
- Design engaging social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, and short animations.
- Experiment with emerging AI image and video tools, workflows, and techniques to improve creative quality and production efficiency.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, identify visual inconsistencies or artifacts, and refine them into polished, professional assets.
- Ensure the responsible use of AI-generated content, including compliance with applicable brand guidelines, licensing requirements, confidentiality obligations, and intellectual-property considerations.
- Optimize designs for web, mobile, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, generative AI developments, creative tools, and emerging production techniques.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistently high standards.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 2–4 years of qualified graphic design experience, preferably in a creative studio or agency.
- Demonstrable experience using generative AI as part of a professional design workflow.
- A solid portfolio showcasing graphic design, storyboarding, branding, and AI-generated or AI-assisted visual work across different industries.

Software and Technical Proficiency:

- Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator,



After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or comparable tools.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, image-to-image workflows, inpainting, outpainting, style development, upscaling, and post-production.
- Familiarity with AI video-generation platforms such as Runway or comparable tools.
- Storyboarding tools.
- Figma or other prototyping tools.
- Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into Photoshop and other production workflows to create polished, commercially usable designs.

Creative and Professional Skills:

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to maintain character, product, and stylistic consistency across AI-generated images.
- Experience creating assets for social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to distinguish between raw AI output and production-ready creative work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful designs.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously explore new AI tools and creative workflows.

Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted animation workflows.
- Experience training or working with custom AI models, LoRAs, ControlNet, or similar advanced image-generation workflows.
- Experience working with 3D product animations.
- Familiarity with multiple industries and the ability to adapt designs to different sectors.
- Understanding of copyright, licensing, disclosure, and ethical considerations related to generative AI content.
