Graphic Designer – Event Management

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Event Management team in Palakkad, Kerala.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to create designs for various events and projects. This role is suitable for freshers who have a good understanding of graphic design and are willing to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Create stage and event design concepts based on project requirements.
- Design flex, banners, posters, invitations, and other print materials.
- Edit and prepare display images and event visuals.
- Create logos and branding materials.
- Assist with event-related creative concepts and visual presentations.
- Visit event venues for in office analysis, measurements, and understanding design requirements.
- Work closely with the event and production team to develop practical design solutions.
- Make design modifications according to project requirements.
- Assist with other design-related tasks as required.
- Video editing is an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of design, typography, composition, and colour.
- Creativity and attention to detail.




- Ability to understand requirements and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different types of projects.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A good portfolio is a plus. Personal, academic, or freelance projects can also be included.
- Two-wheeler/bike is mandatory, as the role involves travelling to event venues for on-site analysis and project requirements.
- Willingness to travel to different event locations when required.

Additional Advantage Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video-editing software will be an added advantage.
