Company Description: Built by IIMA & ISB alums- We’re an angel-funded, profitable wellness company running two brands: Sunshine Club (a wellness lifestyle brand helping people take care of their mind & build habits) and Mellow (an AI mental health app that helps you take care of your mind with CBT backed tools in a joyful way).

The role: We're looking for a designer who can move fluidly across social content, performance ads, and app screens- someone with a solid eye for aesthetic, a feel for brand voice, and the speed to turn ideas around fast. You'll shape how both brands look and feel across everything a customer sees.

What you’ll do:

- Social media creatives: design scroll-stopping posts, carousels, reel covers and story graphics that match each brand's voice and aesthetic.
- Ad creatives: design and iterate on performance ad creatives (Meta/Google) for Sunshine

Club and Mellow and adapt them into multiple sizes and variations for testing.
- Digital and product: website graphics, app assets, icons, infographics. (Though UI/UX design is usually treated as a separate,



adjacent discipline focused on how products work, not just how they look.)
- Brand consistency: maintain and evolve our visual identity across everything, keeping a cohesive look between the two brands.
- Support across formats: packaging, product graphics, decks, email and the occasional print/creative kit as needed.

What we're looking for:

- 0 –2 years of experience (brand-side, agency, or strong freelance).
- A portfolio that shows range: social creatives and some UI/app or digital-product work.
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, colour, and a genuine sense of aesthetic.
- Tool fluency: Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) and/or Canva; motion/basic Reel-editing.
