We are looking for a Graphic Designer to bring Hair Drama Companys visual identity to life across every customer touchpoint - from product catalog imagery and marketplace content to social media, paid ads, and packaging. Working within brand guidelines set by the Creative Head, this role turns around fast-cycle creative requests for seasonal campaigns and marketplace events, supports photoshoot planning and post-production, and partners closely with the Fashion and Beauty Product Heads to bring new launches to life visually.

Responsibilities

- Execute design assets across product catalog images, marketplace A+ content, social media, paid ads, and packaging.

- Work within brand guidelines set by the Creative Head, maintaining visual consistency across all creative output.

- Turn around fast-cycle design requests - seasonal campaigns, promotional banners, and marketplace event creatives - within tight timelines.

- Support photoshoot planning and coordinate post-production workflows, from shot lists to final retouched assets.

- Partner with the Fashion and Beauty Product Heads to translate new product launch briefs into compelling visual assets.

- Design and adapt marketplace content formats (Amazon A+ Content, Flipkart Brand Store pages) to maximise on-platform conversion.

- Maintain organised, version-controlled design asset libraries across campaigns and channels.





- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to align visual output with campaign calendars and launch timelines.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a D2C, e-commerce, or beauty/fashion brand.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Experience designing for marketplace formats (Amazon A+ Content, Flipkart Brand Store, or similar).

- Solid understanding of visual brand systems and the ability to maintain consistency across a high volume of assets.

- Comfortable managing multiple quick-turnaround projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

- Some exposure to photoshoot planning or post-production coordination.

- Desirable: Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle D2C space.

- Desirable: Basic video editing or motion graphics skills for social content.

- Desirable: Familiarity with packaging design and print production requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
