Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in India. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our audience. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop various design solutions that meet our company's objectives and enhance our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand's identity and objectives
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials such as social media posts, website banners, emails, brochures, etc.
- Create and edit images, videos, and other multimedia elements to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct research and stay updated with industry trends and design techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage timelines to meet deadlines
- Communicate and present design ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs




- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to ensure timely delivery of design projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Solid portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
