The Role

We're seeking talented Graphic Designers to join our creative team and bring brands to life through exceptional visual design. Whether you specialize in 2D design or 3D visualization, you'll work on diverse, high-impact projects that challenge your creativity and expand your skillset. Our designers work collaboratively with strategists, marketing teams, and clients to transform brand concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate across multiple platforms and formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate creative briefs and strategic concepts into visually compelling designs
- Develop design solutions that align with client brand objectives and target audiences
- Maintain design consistency and quality across all deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, marketing, account management)
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve excellence
- Stay current with design trends while maintaining timeless, strategic thinking
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Prepare deliverables in appropriate formats for various mediums (digital, print, web, interactive)
- Problem-solve creative and technical challenges proactively

2D Graphic Designer Role-Specific Responsibilities

- Design and develop cohesive brand identities (logos, brand guidelines, color systems, typography)




- Create engaging social media graphics and digital assets for multiple platforms
- Produce print collateral (brochures, packaging, banners, posters, presentations)
- Design web and digital interfaces with strong visual hierarchy
- Develop marketing materials and campaign graphics
- Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and formats

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for multiple formats (print, digital, web, social)
- Understanding of web design and responsive layouts
- Familiarity with file preparation for print and digital production

3D Graphic Designer Role-Specific Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of branding elements and products
- Develop 3D visualizations for brand presentations and marketing campaigns
- Design immersive 3D digital assets for web, social media, and interactive experiences
- Apply advanced texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques
- Produce photorealistic or stylized renders based on project requirements
- Optimize 3D assets for different platforms and devices
- Collaborate with 2D designers to ensure visual integration across mediums

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar)
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and lighting
- Experience with rendering engines
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (for post-production and integration)
- Ability to deliver photorealistic or stylised renders
