Role Description We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can think beyond execution.

This role is for someone who understands that good design is not just about making things look attractive it’s about understanding the message, audience, brand, and context, and then turning an idea into a strong visual.

You should be comfortable taking a brief, interpreting it creatively, developing visual directions, and producing polished designs independently. We’re looking for someone who can think, suggest, experiment and improve , not someone who simply waits for instructions and acts as a pair of hands.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience , preferably with experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets across multiple formats but predominantly social media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that support readability and brand tone.
- Should be comfortable using canva to prototype and execute if needed.
- Should be comfortable in using AI for thinking, strategy and execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous design work, attention to detail, and creativity in solving visual communication challenges. Please explain your work and your contribution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
