Job Title: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at LBX Studios. In this role, you'll bring client campaigns to life visually, from social media assets to pitch decks, working closely with our strategy, copy, and social media teams to create work that's sharp, on-brand, and effective across real estate, heritage F&B;, and eco-commerce clients.

Responsibilities:

- Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for social media (posts, stories, reels, carousels), across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Campaign Assets: Develop visual assets for ad campaigns, brand collateral, and client-facing pitch presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with each client's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and video editors to produce cohesive, high-impact content.
- Trend Research: Stay current with design trends, platform-specific formats, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and turnaround timelines.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts,



or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing environment (internships and personal projects count!).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of social media design specs and formats
- Creative mindset with solid visual storytelling instincts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
