Key Responsibilities

- Develop and design visual materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and the marketing team to translate financial data and insights into clear, engaging visuals.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual assets and communication channels.
- Design layouts for proposals, whitepapers, and thought leadership publications that align with the firm’s visual standards.
- Support the creation of digital campaigns,



including website graphics, social media content, email templates, and event materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Stay up to date with design trends, technology, and best practices, particularly in the financial and qualified services industries.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional design experience (experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate sectors preferred).

Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Experience with 2D/3D animation tools such as After Effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and brand systems.
- Experience with data visualization and designing charts/infographics for financial content.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint design for executive-level presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data-driven visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
