Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital, social media, marketing, and branding requirements. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality designs aligned with the organization’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design brochures, posters, banners, standees, presentations, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to create campaign creatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
- Create designs for hospital events, awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets as required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.




- Stay updated with current design trends and digital content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and/or CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Healthcare/hospital industry experience will be an added advantage.
