About the Role

Homewala is looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to create engaging visual content for our real estate marketing and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in social media creatives, branding, digital advertisements, and marketing materials, with an understanding of current design trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reel covers, banners, and digital advertisements.
- Create creatives for real estate projects, property launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, standees, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on marketing campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and digital advertising campaigns.
- Edit images, resize creatives, and adapt designs according to different platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency with Homewala's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Handle multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.
- Take feedback from the marketing team and make required revisions.




- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and advertising trends.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Valuable working knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of social media design formats.
- Ability to create attractive and conversion-focused advertising creatives.
- Good image editing and photo-retouching skills.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate, digital marketing, advertising, or branding is preferred.
- Experience creating Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Experience designing Reels/short-form video content is a plus.
