Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, stories, reels covers, digital ads, banners, and campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, visual concepts, backgrounds, images, and other creative elements.
- Combine AI-generated assets with qualified design work to create polished and original creatives.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
- Work closely with the content, social media, and performance marketing teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Make revisions based on client and team feedback.
- Stay updated with current design, social media, and AI trends.





Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva.
- Practical knowledge of AI design and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Ability to write effective prompts for generating relevant visual concepts and assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and trends.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to convert a brief or idea into an engaging visual.
- Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
