Job Responsibilities

- Create innovative graphic designs for garments.
- Develop prints, artworks, placements, motifs, logos, and graphic concepts.
- Work closely with the Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams.
- Create artwork layouts and prepare designs for printing and production.
- Develop colorways, print variations, and graphic placements as per seasonal trends.
- Research current fashion, color, print, and graphic trends and incorporate them into current developments.
- Prepare technical artwork and production-ready files for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other garment embellishments.




- Coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Make corrections and modifications based on buyer/customer feedback.
- Maintain design files, artwork libraries, and development records.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, production feasibility, and customer specifications.

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of garment graphics and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw
- Knowledge of screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other embellishment techniques.
- Good understanding of garment construction and print placement.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
