Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Product Design

· Design and develop product packaging artwork for pharmaceutical, OTC, FMCG, and healthcare products.

· Create package mock-ups, labels, cartons, inserts, and promotional packaging materials.

· Coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure design accuracy and print quality.

Creative Design

· Develop marketing collaterals including:

· Product brochures

· Leaflets

· Posters

· Catalogues

· Corporate presentations

· Print advertisements

· Design creative concepts for brand campaigns and product launches.

Digital & Social Media Design

· Create digital assets for:

· Company website

· Social media platforms

· Email marketing campaigns

· Online advertisements

· E-commerce product listings

· Design banners, GIFs, and promotional creatives for digital campaigns.

Retail Branding & Visibility

· Design Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).

· Develop in-store branding concepts and display units.

· Create merchandising and retail visibility solutions including:

· Hoardings

· Glow signs

· Standees

· Product display units

· Vehicle branding

· Event branding materials

Visual Content Development

· Produce 2D product renderings and packaging visualizations.

· Support video and motion graphic requirements.





· Assist in corporate videos and promotional presentations.

Brand Compliance

· Maintain brand identity standards across all communication materials.

· Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, colors, and messaging.

Qualifications

· Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clean, professional visual concepts.

· Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.

· Candidates should possess solid Typography skills to ensure clarity, hierarchy, and visual balance in all design materials.

· Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar software) is beneficial.

· A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

· Relevant experience in designing marketing and promotional materials, ideally within healthcare or FMCG sectors, is an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in Kolkata as part of a collaborative team are required.

Educational Qualification

· Graduate in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related discipline.

Experience

· 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Consumer Products, or Creative Agencies.

· Experience in packaging artwork development and branding projects is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
