BOUT THE ROLE

Deraiya Group is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to lead all visual content for our luxury residential projects. You'll design social media assets, outdoor campaigns, brochures, and handle video editing for reels and promotional content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — posts, reels, stories, carousels
- Create outdoor marketing assets — hoardings, bus shelters, backlit displays (print specifications included)
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, promotional materials
- Edit video reels for social media — color grading, text overlay, transitions
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals (color palette, typography, tone)
- Manage design briefs from concept to final delivery
- Optimize designs for multiple platforms and formats (mobile, desktop, print, outdoor)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign visuals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✓ 2-3 years graphic design experience (real estate brands preferred)

✓ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)





✓ Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, or similar)

✓ Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics

✓ Experience with outdoor media design (hoardings, large-format print)

✓ Portfolio demonstrating real estate or luxury project work

✓ Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✓ Quick turnaround capability without compromising quality
