CHR Properties is a Hyderabad-based real estate advisory firm helping homebuyers and investors make informed decisions across residential and commercial real estate. We combine local market expertise with personalized, transparent guidance.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for our digital platforms, primarily Instagram and Meta. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn real estate information, properties, and campaigns into scroll-stopping, visually engaging creatives.

What You'd Be Doing

- Create Meta ad creatives for marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Design Instagram static posts and carousels.
- Create visuals for properties, projects, market insights, and educational content.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Adapt designs for different social media formats.
- Work with the marketing team,



incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Strong graphic design skills with a good portfolio.
- Experience creating social media and Meta ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to turn a brief into clear, compelling visual communication.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.

Good to have, but not mandatory:

- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to speak/read Telugu.
- Experience in real estate, luxury, finance, or lifestyle brands.
