What You'll Work On
- Create engaging and high-impact creatives for social media and digital platforms.
- Develop designs that communicate ideas clearly and align with our brand identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and growth teams on campaigns and creative projects.
- Explore recent concepts, layouts, visual styles and creative directions.
- Create clean, modern and high-conversion designs.
- Maintain consistency across different campaigns and digital touchpoints.
- Contribute creative ideas beyond the initial brief.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining speed and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchy and social media design trends.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to create modern, engaging and brand-consistent designs.
- Understanding of social media creatives, digital marketing and branding.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility and strong design fundamentals.
- Someone who can explain the thinking behind their design decisions.
- Proactive, curious and willing to experiment with new ideas.
For the Graphic Design Intern Role
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Bengaluru – Onsite
- Stipend: ₹25,000/month
- PPO: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA based on performance
