Redwud Creations is a healthcare-focused marketing and creative company working with hospitals, doctors, clinics and healthcare brands.
We are looking for a creative, confident and execution-oriented Graphic Designer who can create high-quality visual communication for healthcare and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative content for social media, websites, digital campaigns and marketing materials.
- Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, reels creatives, banners and campaign creatives.
- Develop designs for hospitals, doctors, healthcare services and awareness campaigns.
- Work on branding, brochures, presentations, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Understand client briefs and convert concepts/content into strong visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms.
- Work closely with the content, digital marketing and client servicing teams.
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different digital platforms.
- Research healthcare topics and create simple, attractive and meaningful visual communication.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools wherever relevant to improve speed and creative output.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and/or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Added Advantage Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:
- Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Motion graphics
- Video/Reels editing
- AI image generation and creative AI tools
- Healthcare / hospital branding experience
- Presentation design
Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, fast and willing to take ownership of the work.
You should be able to take a brief, understand the objective and come up with a strong creative solution rather than simply executing instructions.
Salary & Joining
₹30,000 per month – Fixed
Immediate Joiners are strongly preferred.
