About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer Intern who is interested in creating high-performing visual content for Meta Ads, social media, and D2C brands.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work on real client projects and learn how design contributes to advertising performance — not just aesthetics.

You'll work closely with our marketing and content team to turn creative briefs into engaging ad creatives, test different visual concepts, and improve designs based on feedback and performance insights.

What You'll Do

- Design creative assets for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create static ads, carousels, stories, social media posts, and other digital creatives
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for advertising campaigns
- Adapt creatives according to different brand identities and audiences
- Work with product images, lifestyle images, typography, layouts, and visual elements
- Assist with basic branding, logo design, and brand asset development
- Edit and enhance images for digital advertising




- Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creative consistency
- Take feedback and iterate quickly on designs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives
- Analyze creative performance and use insights to improve future designs
- Stay updated with current social media and advertising creative trends

What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in Graphic Design and Advertising Creative
- Good understanding of composition, typography, spacing, colors, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of social media formats and Meta advertising creatives
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and conversion-focused
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs
- Willingness to receive feedback and improve quickly
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A portfolio or samples of your work is highly preferred

Students, freshers, and self-taught designers are welcome to apply. Your portfolio and ability to learn matter more to us than formal qualifications.

Based on this review, selected interns may be offered a full-time position at GOODSHOT, with compensation aligned with industry standards and the candidate's skills and experience.
