Key Responsibilities
- Create creative graphics, posts, banners and digital content for the company.
- Prepare content for the company’s social media and online platforms.
- Assist in website development and maintenance.
- Update and maintain website pages, images, services, projects and other content.
- Ensure website content is accurate, updated and visually appealing.
- Handle online queries and enquiries received through the website and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information for website and social media content.
- Develop creative ideas to improve the company’s online presence.
- Maintain consistency in the company’s branding and digital communication.
Requirements
- Creative, proactive and positive with visual content and ideas.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of website development and website management.
- Comfortable updating and maintaining web pages.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS or other website platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage both creative and website-related work.
