Key Responsibilities

Leadership Development & Strategy

- Display a strategic mindset with leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Work closely with senior management to learn strategy formulation and program design
- Participate in leadership training sessions and develop managerial skills
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance operations and outreach

Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data and records of startups, programs, and funding activities
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and funding agencies
- Support documentation for compliance, audits, and statutory requirements

Startup & Incubation Support
- Assist in designing and implementing startup incubation and accelerator programs
- Support onboarding, engagement, and progress tracking of incubated startups
- Facilitate access to mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners for startups
- Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions for incubatees
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and government officials
- Represent the organization at startup ecosystem events,



networking sessions, and outreach programs
- Support marketing and communication efforts to enhance visibility of the incubator and its startups

Finance & Investment
- Demonstrate strong interest in finance, investment, and entrepreneurship
- Assist in evaluating financial models, business plans, and investment readiness of startups
- Support preparation of pitch decks, investment presentations, and funding proposals
- Track funding needs, grants, and investor interactions for portfolio startups
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, fund disbursement, and expense reporting for programs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
