SELECTION PROCESS
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to:

- Share a GitHub, portfolio or project link
- Solve a basic programming or logical problem
- Work through a real-world technology use case
- Explore an unfamiliar technology and explain their approach
- Complete a short practical assignment
We are not looking for candidates who have memorised hundreds of interview questions.
