As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will go through a structured development programme designed to give you practical experience across face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, team development and business operations.
You will work closely with experienced leaders, take on increasing responsibility, and develop the skills required to progress into team leadership and branch management.
What You’ll Do
- Begin with hands-on experience in face-to-face customer engagement and marketing campaigns.
- Learn how to communicate with customers, represent client campaigns and drive business growth.
- Develop leadership skills through team coordination, mentoring and supporting new team members.
- Take part in recruitment, onboarding and training as you progress through the programme.
- Gain exposure to business operations, planning,
performance management and team development.
- Attend regular training, workshops and coaching sessions with senior professionals.
- Take on greater responsibility based on your performance, skills and leadership ability.
