We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Development Services. The candidate will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and resolving technical issues across business applications.
The role also requires a good understanding of Native AI , Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Evaluation Frameworks, with the ability to align AI capabilities with business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work independently and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participate actively in team discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues.
- Monitor application performance and identify potential issues.
- Support incident management and troubleshooting activities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support continuous improvement of applications and processes.
- Apply AI capabilities where relevant to improve business and technical outcomes.
Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Good understanding of Google Cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of Native AI and Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Evaluation Frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud
- 15 years of full-time education
