- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Manage ₹5 Lakhs+ monthly ad budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, campaign testing, bidding, and remarketing.
- Prepare performance reports and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives.
- Lead and mentor a small team of 1–2 executives/interns.
