WE’RE HIRING | GOOGLE ADS MANAGER

Faith & Patience is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Manager who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to drive sales, profitability, and D2C business growth.

Location: Jaipur | Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Search, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, conversions, revenue, and overall campaign performance
- Optimize budgets, bids, keywords, audiences, and campaign structure
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficient ad spend
- Track campaign performance and identify areas of growth




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive sales
- Work towards achieving revenue and performance targets

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong experience in D2C / E-commerce advertising preferred
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics
- Ability to independently manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Solid analytical and data-driven approach
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 is an advantage Interested candidates: (phone hidden)
