Job SummaryWe are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and improve overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, bids, budgets, and landing-page campaigns.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign data through Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Implement conversion tracking and identify areas for performance improvement.




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.
- Continuously test new keywords, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and website teams for campaign requirements.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics/GA4.
- Strong understanding of PPC, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust communication and reporting skills.
- Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
