- Manage daily receipt, storage, and dispatch of paint products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Ensure proper stacking, FIFO/FEFO, and batch-wise inventory management.
- Supervise loading/unloading and warehouse helpers.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials for quantity and damage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of paint products.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, and transport teams for timely dispatch.
Skills Required
- Warehouse and inventory management
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel/ERP
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to supervise loading/unloading staff
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Experience in a paint warehouse is an advantage.
